Howard Ayers - President & CEO
Howard has over 40 years experience in the A/E/C industry.  From 1973-2003 he was the owner of a large subcontracting firm that marketed, manufactured and installed light gauge steel trusses, roof deck systems and commercial roofing systems throughout the southeastern United States.  He is a 1965 graduate of Auburn University and is an active participant of several professional trade associations.  He also developed and patented the Structeavent and Encloser products.

Kirk Kuntz
Kirk has over 25 years experience in product sales, operations and distribution.  Prior to joining ACS he spent 10 years in the A/E/C industry as an estimator and project manager for two large specialty contracting companies that worked throughout the southeast.  He is a 1986 graduate of Jacksonville St. University and has been involved with numerous trade associations, and was on the advisory council for Loadmaster Systems, Inc.

Tim Ayers
Tim has been in the A/E/C industry since 1996.  Prior to joining ACS, he spent 5 years as the marketing and business development director for an ENR Top 400 General Contractor based in Birmingham.  Before that he worked in sales and estimating for a large subcontracting company that worked throughout the southeast and in sales for a large ready mix concrete supplier.  Tim is a 1996 graduate of Auburn University and is involved with a number of industry trade associations and currently serves on the 2009 Alabama Associated General Contractors State Board of Directors and is the Alabama AGC Young Constructors Forum President.
